Easy Overnight Oats
One of my favorite breakfasts for busy mornings, overnight oats have saved me many mornings. In less than five minutes, you can have a healthy breakfast ready for the next morning. Many times my little boys are awake before the sun comes up and always in search of food. With overnight oats made in the fridge, they can serve themselves bowls of goodness without having to wait on me. Boasting homemade yogurt and rolled oats, these are full of nutrition. Topped with a chocolate hazelnut spread, they feel like a tasty treat for my kids.
1 Cup of Yogurt
1 Cup of Oats
1 Cup of Milk
Chocolate Hazelnut Spread or Other Topping of Choice (I love lemon curd & blueberries!)
Step 1
Place yogurt, oats, and milk in a container. Stir. Place in fridge and go to bed.
Step 2
Wake up. Spoon oats into bowl. Top with a dollop of chocolate hazelnut spread. Remind the kids if they eat the topping in one bite they don't get more!
